He was born February 19, 1933 in St. Louis, Missouri, a son of the late Lawrence and Nellie (Yoount) Moses. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Lane. Those who remain to mourn his passing include a son, Kerry Moses of St. Louis; a daughter, Nancy Steele and husband Bob of St. Peters; brother Donald Moses and wife Barbara of Hillsboro; sister, Patsy Carl and husband Dale of St. Joseph; three grandchildren; one great grandchild; nieces; nephews and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him. Funeral services were conducted Sunday, February 26, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Rev. Dave Hopkins officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Don Moses Jr., Shawn Nelson, Warren Carl, Phillip Hasenbeck, Adam Eckelkamp and Gary Oark. Interment and final prayers were held at Antioch Cemetery, Potosi Route.
