He was born October 30, 1949 at St. Louis, Missouri, a son of the late Narvel Leonard and Hazel Delma (Brewer) Harmon. On January 14, 1967, Ronnie married Kay Portell at Potosi, Missouri. They shared over 39 years of marriage together. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. Those who remain to mourn the passing of his life include his wife, Kay Harmon; two sons, Troy Harmon of Mineral Point and Scott Harmon of Potosi; a daughter, Kathy Jo Harmon, Potosi; a daughter-in-law, Shelly Pashea; a sister, Connie Bodimer and husband Leroy of Potosi; a brother, Terry Harmon of Potosi; three grandchildren, David Boyet, Amy Harmon, and T.J. Harmon; one great grandchild, Mackenzie Boyet; nieces; nephews; cousins; uncles; aunts; and many other relatives and friends who will sadly miss him. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, with Rev. Lynn Thebeau officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: Bruce Thebeau, Jeremy Turnbough, Jason Portell, Jason Bodimer, Larry Harmon Jr., and Timmy Joe Harmon. Interment and final prayers were held at Grassy Hollow Cemetery, Potosi Route. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi.
