I would like to order your book, right now, but it is the weekend and there is no obvious procedure to order at the web site for your publisher, Creative Continuum. Is the book still available? (Incidentally, I have a framed 16 x 20 B/W portrait of Pascal, with handriting on the back naming his spouse, their children, and their children's wives and children.
