(Note that Township 34, Range 3 East matches the location for the Boatwright family in 1870 census above.) 1870 Township 34 Range 3 East, Iron, MO Francis Shrum abt 1838 Illinois White Male 1870 Township 30 Range 4 East, Iron, MO Francis M Simmons abt 1852 Tennessee White Male Sarah Jane is the only sibling still left to find. I lose her after the 1870 census. Her brother, John died right after the 1870 census. Her sister, Julia md. Robert McLauglin and resided in Murphysboro, IL & St. Louis, MO. (note: this is not the same Julia Boatwright who md.John Clubb and resided in St. Francois, Co., MO) Her other sister, Mary md1 Wm Trapp and md2 John Dosing and remained in Iron/St. Francois Co's. Her youngest sister, Josephine & her mother, (also named) Mary Boatwright appear in 1880 Murphysboro, Jackson Co, IL (w/ Josephine's sons, Robert & William Boatwright). Any leads in finding Julia, or in ruling out Francis Simmons and/or Francis Shrum will be very much appreciated! -Kay, FL
