The former Miss Politte is the daughter of Homer Politte of Potosi and Mrs. Edw. F. Karsch, Jr., also of Potosi. She and Mr. Compton are graduates of Potosi High School and Mrs. Compton is also a graduate of William Woods College, Fulton. Mr. Compton is a graduate of University of Missouri and taught in Potosi High School before entering service. He has been in the Marine Corps two years and was stationed in Pensacola until recently when he was transferred to Quantico, Va. Mrs. Compton will join him there the latter part of this week.
