Memorial Hospital on February 4, 1971. The son of Leona Pearl Lawson Nash and the late William R. Nash, was born in Mineral Point on Mar.1, 1923, being 47 years, 11 months and 3 days of age at the time of his passing. George Nash professed his faith in the Lord and was a member of the Assembly of God Church, Potosi. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife, Mary Jane Durham Nash of the home; daughter, Rosalie of Arnold, Mo.; 2 sons: Randolph, Mineral Pt., and Clyde of Independence, Oregon; brother, William of San Bernadeno, Calif., and sister, Mary Kitchell of Mineral Point Rt; his mother, Pearl Nash, 9 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. 1 brother and 1 sister preceded him in death, as did his father. Funeral services were conducted on Monday, Feb. 8, 1971, 2 p.m. at the Potosi Assembly of God Church with Rev. Roy Bennett officiating. Interment was in the New Diggings Cemetery under the direction of Gum & Son Funeral Home, Potosi, Mo.
