Those who remain to mourn her passing are her mother Linda Hoff of Potosi; her life partner Debra Joseph of Columbus, Ohio; her father David McKenzie of Barberton, Ohio; her step-father Harry Lake; brother Derek Lake and wife Jona of Bushnell, Florida; sister Wendy McKenzie of Ohio; two aunts Kim Williams and husband Robert of Florida and Roxanne and Dwight "Ike" Cottoningham of Ohio; two uncles John Magolas of Ohio and Alan Evans of Ohio and many friends and other relatives who will sadly miss her. A memorial service was held on Monday, November 21, 2011 at 2 p.m. at the DeClue Chapel. All arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the DeClue Family Funeral Home.
