It appears to be about 3 miles WSW of the town of Belgrade in south central Washington County. The map I found shows it to have been about halfway between Highways DD (on the west) and JJ. Hope this helps. St Joachim's is hosting an Old Mines fete. The date is listed on the queries for St. Francois county and it says they will have someone to assist with all the records of the church and vicinity. This might be a good trip for you to make. They should have the plot number where she is buried even if there is not a marker.

How can I find out where she is buried in the cemetery? Thanks in advance for your reply.
I have a question for you. Is the Acquilla Cole Cemetery (AKA Potashnick Cemetery) the same as the Cole-Mineral Point Cemetery? I suspect yes, but my records say one has 35 burials and the other has 7 burials. Someone else with a link to this mystery cemetery. If you EVER find it, please tell me. My gg-grandfather was Aaron Calvin Cole, son of Joshua and Jane Turley Cole. He and his wife, Paulina Mitchell Cole, are said to be buried in The Cole Cemetery at Blackwell - as well as Joshua and Jane? We went searching for it a couple Thanksgivings ago and didn't find it. I was told that it was near/next to Big River, probably on private land. My aunt recalls it being in a corn field. Someone sent me a location - with road numbers. I can see if I can find it for you. By the way, in my file, I don't have Catherine's info, only her birthdate (31 Jul 1830?). And, two of her brothers married Longs - are they related to Milton? Joshua, Jr. married Ann Long and Isaac Shelby married Mary Long. "Shelby" was apparently hung as a Confederate spy. Please reply, Deanna :o)

I thought I had found them in the Bethelehem Cemetery. We went there last week and found the tombstone and it had only Catherines death date on it and it wasn't what I was looking for. I'm still trying to verify the dates. Milton is the father of Albin (1849-1933). Catherine is the daughter of Joshua Cole (1799-1878) and Jane Turley (1802-1882). I believe Joshua and Jane are burined in a Cole Cemetery in Blackwell but haven't found that cemetery yet.
