She was born March 25, 1917 at Belgrade, Missouri, a daughter of the late Arthur W. and Lenna L. (Puckett) McNabb. Loubelle was united in marriage to Rudolph C. Hochstatter September 10, 1955 and they enjoyed over 50 years of marriage together. Those who remain to mourn her passing are her husband, Rudolph C. Hochstatter of Caledonia; a sister, Ardath Yount of Belgrade; nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends who will sadly miss her. Funeral services were conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at the Britton Chapel, Potosi, with Rev. Leonard Compton officiating. Those honoring Loubelle as pallbearers were: Roger Yount, Paul Yount, Ryan Yount, Terry Yount, Brent McClain, Michael McClain, Larry Hochstatter and Jerry McClain. Interment and final prayers were held at the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery, Caledonia, Missouri. All arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Britton Funeral Home of Potosi. Joe enjoyed fishing, hunting, animals and the many gifts of Mother Nature. He liked to play cards and go for rides on the four wheeler. Joe was a member of the BPOE Potosi Lodge #2218. Joe loved his family very much, especially his grandchildren; he enjoyed spending as much time as he could with them. Joe was a very kind man who will be missed by all who knew him. Visitation was held Thursday, November 3, 2005 from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri. Potosi Elks Lodge #2218 held a Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services were held Friday, November 4, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Rev. He departed this life Thursday, October 27, 2005 at Covenant Lakeside Hospital in Lubbock, Texas having reached the age of seventy-two years, five months and eight days. James "Fuzz" is survived by his mother, Lillian T. Richards of Potosi; three brothers, Stephen T. Richards, Jr and wife Jacqueline of Las Cruces, New Mexico; George B. Richards and wife Rebecca of Potosi, and Robert H. Richards of Potosi; two sisters, Helen Lucy Malugen and husband G.W. of Charleston, Missouri and Anne Richards of El Paso, Texas. James graduated from Potosi High School in 1951. He then received a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Sul Ross University in Alpine, Texas. From there James moved to Hobbs, New Mexico where he began his distinguished career in education and coaching. In 1960 he became a teacher and coached basketball, football and track at Houston Junior High School; then in 1965 he went to teach and coach at Hobbs High School until 1984 when be became the Hobbs Athletic Director. He retired in 1995. He was a member of the Lea County Democratic Party of which he was Chairman. He also was a member of the New Mexico Athletic Directors Association for fourteen years. In 1997 he received the NMAA Distinguished Service Award; he was also a member and chairman for the NMAA Athletic Committee for ten years, and served on its Executive Board. In addition, he was a member of the NMHSCA, the NEA-NM, and the NMHSADA. In 2001 he was inducted to the New Mexico Activities Association Hall of Fame. I! n 2003 he was honored with induction into the New Mexico High School Coaches Association Hall of Honor. He was also recently honored by the Mine Au Breton Historical Society by induction into its Hall of Honor in Potosi, Missouri. Funeral services for James Taylor Richards were held Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at Hobbs First United Methodist Church, Hobbs, New Mexico. Graveside services were held Saturday, November 5, 2005 at the New Masonic Cemetery in Potosi, Missouri with Rev. Jerry Compton officiating. Serving as pallbearers were: James Simpson, Wallace Henderson, Junior Fryman, Jim Woods, Robert Maxwell, and Robert Simpson. Burial was at the New Masonic Cemetery, in Potosi, Missouri. In honor of his service and dedication to this country, Taps was played by Missouri Funeral Honors Team Member, Harrison Eaton. He was born October 7, 1920 at Caledonia, MO, a son of John and Ada May (Buxton) Baker. He and Annabell Elliott were married in 1945 in Granite City, IL. Annabell and his infant daughter, Jennifer preceded him in death. He and Joyce "Joy" Schrum were married November 30, 1974 in Cape Girardeau. Dwight's early years were spent between Caledonia and Granite City, where he was one of the original members of the Lizard Club (YMCA), and also won trophies as a table tennis player. He was a pilot in the 464 Bombardment Group (H), 776 Bombardment Squardon (H), the 15th Air Force during World War II. He successfuly flew 50 missions in the European Theater. Dwight was employed in the trucking industry most of his working career, having worked at L.A. Tucker Truck Lines, Kimbel Southern Express, and ABF. He was a member of New McKendree United Methodist Church, Jackson. Survivors include his wife; a son, Richard W. Baker (wife Judy) of Jackson; three grandsons, Mark Baker (Kim) of Jackson, Ben Baker of St. Louis and Tony Baker of Tanzania, Africa; and three great grandchidlren, Austin, Tori and Ryan of Jackson. As the family patriarch, he was greatly loved and his memory will be forever in the hearts of his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Gib, Earl, Clyde and Virgil, and a sister Lucille. Funeral services were at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 3, 2005 at the Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home, Jackson, with Rev. John Rice officiating. Also surviving are a sister, Clara Brown of Annapolis; four grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 37 nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Freddie Lewis and four sisters, Macy Slusher, Shirley Johnson, Anna Miller and Maxine Trask. Mary graduated from Washington University with a Bachelor's degree in education. She taught at Carver Creek, Bismarck, Ottery, Potosi and Ironton Elementary Schools. She was a member of the Belleview United Methodist Church and belonged to the Ironton Chapter of the Eastern Star "50 Year Member," charter member of the AV Garden Club, Iron County Health Board, the Retired Teachers Assn., and the Democrat Committee. A memorial funeral service was held on Saturday, November 5, 2005 from the Bryson Funeral Home, Pilot Knob with Rev. Linda Nelson officiating. Interment was in the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery. Henry was united in marriage to Cecilia Stout November 3, 1942 in Leadington, Missouri and this union was blessed to have four sons. Henry is survived by his loving wife, Cecilia Casby of Belleview, Missouri; four sons, Wesley Earl and wife Hazel of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Clifford Leo and wife Pok Cha of Woodbridge, Virginia; Melvin Eugene of Woodbridge, Virginia and James Michael of Belleview, Missouri; a sister, Mary McCall and husband Joe of Dewey, Arizona; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Henry was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, James Leon Casby; a sister, Erma Campbell and daughter-in-law, LouAnn Casby. Henry served his country in the Army of the United States and received an honorable discharge on August 7, 1943. He worked for McDonnell-Douglas as a welder and retired in 1983 after twenty-two years of service. Henry enjoyed going fishing, vegetable and flower gardening or anything that would grow. He also loved constructing things and writing poetry. Henry will be missed deeply by everyone he knew. On November 28, 1959 she married Henry Lewis and they were blessed with two sons. Mrs. Lewis owned and operated along with her husband, Fabrics Unlimited and Lewis Upholstery for over 20 years. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by four brothers, Clifford (Red), Howard, Elmer (Mutt), and Earl Eckhoff and a sister, Ruth Emily. She will be sadly missed by her surviving family which includes her husband Henry, of the home; two sons, Tim Lewis and wife Donna, and Kevin and wife Sharon, all of Rolla; five grandchildren, Toby, Jody, Brian, John and Amy; three great-grandchidlren, Dakota, Chase and Ethan; one brother, Jerry Eckhoff and wife Virginia of Potosi; a sister, Martha Williams of Mineral Point; a sister-in-law, Faye Eckhoff of Mineral Point and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends. Amanda is survived by mother, Mary Goodson and husband Rocky of Potosi; father, Gary Ramsey and wife Theresa of Greenridge, Missouri; a son, Dalton Ramsey of Potosi; a sister, Abigail Goodson of Potosi; grandparents, John and Winona Goodson of Potosi; Verna Thebeau of Cadet and Pat and Grayson Hayden Jr., of Firistell, Missouri; special friends, Candy Emily of Cadet and Kacie Shepard of Potosi, and by many other dear and special relatives and friends. Amanda was preceded in death by a brother, Dylan Goodson. Amanda had a great love for her baby Dalton, and the time they shared together was a glorious time in her life. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends as often as possible. Amanda had accepted Christ as her Savior and attended the Glory Hill Assembly of God Church in Potosi, Missouri. She graduated from Potosi Senior High School in May 2002. She had a great love for people and enjoyed helping and talking with all. She was employed by the Casey's General Store in Greenridge. Amanda will be very deeply missed by everyone who knew her. Visitation was held Sunday, October 30, 2005 from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, October 31, 2005 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri. Funeral services were held Monday, October 31, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at the Moore Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tom Slovensky officiating. Final prayers and burial were held Monday, October 31, 2005 at 12:15 p.m. at the Grassy Hollow Cemetery, Shirley, Missouri. Helen is survived by her mother, Esther (Valle) Courtaway of Cadet; two daughters, Gena M. Suiter and husband Nick of St. Louis, Missouri, and Jennifer Gann and husband Roger of Richwoods; a sister, Cindy Courtaway of Cadet; two brothers, Kenneth E. She also enjoyed playing bingo and visiting with her friends. Helen loved her grandchildren more than anything in the world and cherished her loving memories of her beloved husband, Dale Leach. Helen attended St. Joachim Catholic Church in Old Mines, Missouri. Visitation was held Monday, October 31, 2005 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Moore Funeral Home, Potosi, Missouri. Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Moore Memorial Chapel, Potosi, Missouri with Father Ted Pieper officiating. Burial took palce in the St. Joachim Catholic Church Cemetery, Old Mines, Missouri. Serving as pallbearers were: Roger Gann, Nick Suiter, Kenneth Courtaway, Matthew Courtaway, Walter Rickard and Rick Valle.
