I do research on all of the descendants of Isaac Harman, the 1st of Pendleton County, VA (now WV). His children that have descendants in Crawford and Washington Counties are Reuben Harmon (b. 1789), Jonas Harmon (b. abt 1788), Solomon Harmon (b. 1807) and Phebe (Harmon) Harper (b. 1791). I have found many obituaries online at the Farmington Public Library obituary site at <http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~mackley/Obit_Surname_Pages/Obit_Surnames_Page_A.htm> In fact, I've found over 100 obituaries there. The include the surnames of Harmon, Harman, Vance, Eye, Bouse, Nicholson, Jenkins, Jenkerson, Woolsey, Wilkerson, Harper, etc. You should check out the obituary site if you want to find obituaries for your families that lived in Crawford and Washington Counties. I have a private web site, "Descendants of Isaac Harman, the 1st.", where information is shared on Isaac's descendants. Jeanette
