    1. Susanne Kincaid
    2. Ruby Simonson McNeill
    3. Actually - the parents of this child would have been Benjamin Talbott and Laura Farris. I would assume that she was baptized because she was dying. No further record of this child is given UNLESS this their daughter, Laura A. who married Levi Gibson. Marie then could have been her baptismal name. None of the other children (all appear to have lived) are shown in baptism records or married in the Church. I assume, too, that Susanne Kincaid may have been a friend or acquaintance. I find nothing that would indicate she was related. Was Bart. Bollando the priest? Thanks - Ruby Simonson McNeill OLD MINES, MO - WASHINGTON COUNTY St. Joachim Church Records 1836-1839 Page 26 Marie Tobbert Jan. 10th was baptized Marie Tobbert born Aug 1st, 1838, dau of Benjamin Tobbert and Laura Farries. However I believe one of her brothers, William , lived in Washington Co, as did William Miller Hearst. I would like to know more about the family , as I only know they came up from Cape Girardeau after the earthquake. Their father was John Blair who died in 1808 in Cape. Her brother Thomas became her guardian. Her mothers name was Jane or Jean. We think she remarried a Bailey.Looking for help in putting all these pieces together. They came from GA via TN. Thanks in advance Shala
