I'm looking for anyone with information concerning the family of Joseph Marion STRAIN and Sarah COPELAND. Joseph Marion was son of James Harvey and Lydia Arisman STRAIN. JM b. 1845 d. 1895ish Sarah b. 1840 d. after 1900 known children Louisa (aka Ellen, Louella) b. 1870 Henry (aka James, Joseph, JH, JJH) b. 1876/8 Married sometime in 1869 in Vernon Co. JM is listed on tax deadbeat list of 1893. Sarah living with family of Louisa (husb. William Gray) in 1900, and Henry was living alone back in Montgomery Co., MO in 1900. So sometime between 1893 and 1900 Joseph died (or ran off). I will gladly share all that I have with anyone. David Strain ddstrain@aol.com
