    1. McKEE/CAMPBELL
    2. Patricia Bauer
    3. My grandfather's half sister, Sarah Jane Francis McKEE, married William Henry CAMPBELL 5 Oct 1871 in Nevada City, Vernon, MO. Sarah was probably 17 at the time of her marriage. That is the last information I can find on them. I was raised by my grandparents and he was very close to his two half brothers (Joe and Bill) but this sister was never mentioned. Perhaps she died during childbirth or moved away and they lost contact. Sarah was the daughter of Andrew McKEE (my great grandfather) and his first wife, Martha THOMPSON. Martha died in 1857 shortly after the birth of their third child. I did find Martha's burial record at the Montrose Mound, Deepwater TWP, Henry County, MO cemetery. A caucasian, she was apparently the first person buried in this old, overgrown cemetery and it is now listed as an African American cemetery. If anyone has heard of the McKee/Campbell family, I'd appreciate hearing from you. I have information on the rest of the family.
