    1. Prine,Rustin
    2. My grandmother was a Rustin and in some census's it is spelled Ruston. She always told me her family spelled it Rustin like rusty tin. When she was 10 years old she went to work for the Prine/Perrine family. She was treated well and spoke very kindly of the family. My grandmother was b. 1875 and d. 1968. She told me while working for them it was the first time she saw can goods...all vegetables she canned herself but some in the 1880 were begining to show up in the stores. Some of the Rustins married Perrine family members. My grandmother was the granddaughter of Noah Rustin. Noah Rustin was the son of Jacob Rustin from Greenville Tenn. Lee Kirtley
