My John Henry Huffman and his wife were dead by 1885. John was in the Union army during the Civil War. My g grandmother, Martha Ellen Huffman was a small child when her parents died. She married Franklin Ethelbirth Capps in Licking, Missouri where she was born. Her guardian was Robert Wrest, I believe. John Henry Huffman did not have any sons. He had one brother that I know of, Moses Huffman, who died in Maryland during the Civil War. Martha Ellen Huffman was born between 1880-1885 as far as I know. She died in St. Louis, Missouri.
