Their children were: Elva Haines Smelser b. 1865; Aaron William b. 1867; also (order not known): Charles, Elizabeth, Emma, Martha, and David. I don�t have documentation, but I believe that William Harrison Smelser�s parents were Elizabeth (parents unknown) and John Smelser (son of Jacob Smelser � bapt. 1790 in PA, and Elizabeth Ealy) Catherine Brown�s parents were Aaron Brown and Mary/Marie Collett. So my queries are re: the Smelser, Brown, Elmore, McFarland and all related lines!! Thanks!
