May I ask, if your Agustus Curtis had a sister, Sarah Curtis, and a brother Jacob? There were several more siblings, if this is the same family. Their was a Curtis family in Pulaski Co., Illinois on the 1880 census, that had an Agustus on it. Sarah Curtis married F.M. Sims, in Texas Co. Seems like I remember the name Inman, connected to Agustus. She was a widow that had a young son.
