If anyone is interested in a scanned photo, I have friendship quilt blocks which have been narrowed down to have been made approximately 1935. My mother had them and had never set them together and quilted. They are at the quilters now. They would have been from Morris Twp or (maybe Upton Twp.). They have a flower design and have embroideried names on them. My aunt said that each neighbor would embroider their own block and give to the person making the quilt.
