Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/kNB.2ACI/1620.4.1.1 Message Board Post: I do not know who his brother married. If he had sons, it could have been one of them. James's sons did not marry anyone by that name. Gilbert married Sarah E. and I don't know her maiden name. I don't know of a spouse for James Calvin, but he would have been about 7 or 8 years old at that time and the other son, Charles T., was not born till 1887. I do know that his brother went to Missouri with him, but I don't know his name or any other statistics except that he came from Cuba, Alcorn County, Mississippi. I don't know if his mother was cherokee or choctaw, but heard that she did not go to Oklahoma on the trail of tears. This information may be invalid, however, as my Great great grandfather was deeded land in Oklahoma because of his Indian heritage, but never claimed it. Now I cannot find out about this land and, since I don't have a name for his mother, I cannot find anything about the family in the roles.
