Have done a lot of research, found lots of info, have visited Mountain Grove several times and have attended the Stubbs Family reunion near Kansas City. There is a book, "Thomas and Mary (Everett) Stubbs of North Carolina and some of their decscendants" by Francis Stubbs at the Texas County Genealogy library in Houston MO and few copies were just reprinted.
