The last time i can find her is 1910 Missouri Census Texas County, Pierce Township. The family moved to Oklahoma about 1914-1915, I am not sure if she married and stayed in Missouri, died prior to the family moving. Moved to Oklahoma and died prior to the 1920 census. I would dearly love a picture of this marker. Her name is Sarah Jane or "Jennie" Burch and she died April 11, 1898. Her maiden name was Emmitt and her first husband (my great great grandfather) was William Raymond. I would like information on John Johns born ca 1805/07 in MO. In the 1850 Census he was living with Lucasta (Trusty) Bay. He was still married to Mary Sullen or Sullens. I understand he filed for a divorce from Mary in 1850 claiming she had left him. I would like information regarding when and where he filed. Also, Lucasta was married to Robert Bay, what happened to him? Did they divorce or did he die. Lucasta was the daughter of Tincher Trusty who was a Baptist Minister. Would like information on him, also. Lucasta and John Johns were married by 1860 as They were living in the Jackson Community of Texas County with 2 of their sons, Theodore and Joseph. Another son, Stephen and his wife Missouri and son John lived next door. Does anyone know where any of these people were buried? When and where did John and Lucasta marry. I know that Missouri Johns died in MO, Stephen moved to Kemp, OK and both he and his son John are buried there. Any info is appreciated. MEL

Usually the deceased is listed as widower if the spouse has passed on, but not always. i found this obituary in ancestry.com while looking for Otto. Fairie Mace Fairie Mae Mason Mace, 92, daughter of Dexter Ben and Ada Melinda Kimrey Mason, was born Feb. 20, 1910, at Roby. She died Dec. 18, 2002, at Houston. She attended high school at Plato, riding horseback the eight plus miles there and back. She fin-ished her senior year at Rolla, with four mile walks to and from school while staying with her sister. Mrs. Mace lived all of her life in Texas County, the last 62 years at Roby. She enjoyed good country and western music, as well as historical and western types of books and movies. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Otto Mace; four sisters, Bertha Faye Porter, Florence Marie, Gladys Grace and Alyce Ione Harden; one brother, Ray; two grandchildren and one great-grandchildren. Surviving are two daughters, Charlcie Royster of Bethany, Okla., and Leona Bergren of Ames, Iowa; two sons, Leon and Nolan of Roby; two brothers, James Paul of Palm Harbor, Fla., and John Darrell of Devils Elbow; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Services were Dec. 21 at the Roby Christian Church with Eugene Earp officiating. Burial was in the Old Success Cemetery under the direction of Evans Funeral Home. Bertha
I am looking for those that are kin to Thomas Allen his mother was nancy and father was John i think he was the youngest of them ,He married Margette Webb ,and i am the gdaugther of them , they are kin to the Mace"s as i have a picture of Tom Allen and Otto Mace with there Children in there lap Tom died in 1917 buried in Long Hollow in Texas Co. I did come across information in a Texas County book that has the Fugate family starting off in Maryland in the 1600's. Some of the early families Tate included were all in the same area in Texas county. A lot of the families were buried at Steeley's Chapel and Bethel Chapel near Elk Creek as well as Fugate Cemetery on the old "Sitt's" (That is the wording in book) near Stultz.
