Thanks for replying to my call! I am anxious to find my grandma Mima Wann's parents Elizabeth Boruff Iund (or Jund) and John Wann, Mima was born in Houston, Texas co, Dec 1880, just missed the census. I will certainly use your ideas and hope for results! I want to know more about her life to understand what made her the way she was. She was a much loved grandma but she gave away her two daughters and kept her youngest son, my father, Archie Jaspar. Married Albert Jaspar in 1897. Anyway, you will hear more from me and thanks.

He was listed in the 1850 Claiborne county census with his mother and siblings. He is listed in the 1880 Texas county, Missouri census. He was the first postmaster of the town of Old Success and also had part interest in a Mercantile store there. He married Eliza Jane Burlingame, born 1848 in Ohio, in 1865. There were other members of Eliza Jane's family in Miller county, Mo and they were married at Rolla, MO. He also served as a Sergeant in the Calvary for the confederate army. (5th Missouri Mounted). His father was Royal (Rial) Cardwell and mother, Anna Claypoole. I would like to hear from anyone who can tell me anything at all about this man or his wife who died young. Does anybody connect to James Henry JOHNSON who lived in Cabool, Texas Co MO in the mid 1920's? He was a half brother of Robert Johnson McGehee who died 22 Aug 1926. Robert Johnson McGehee was 70 years of age at his death. I suspect that James Henry JOHNSON was close to that same age. Trying to sort out how and if these two men connect to my line of Johnson. Thank you, Judy
