This is a Warning: If you have ever posted a Family Tree on the Internet that has included your Mother's Maiden Name and Someone, Somehow, Ever Gets a Hold of your Social Security Number, You are a Candidate for Identity Theft. Most Lending and/or Credit Card Institutions use both SSN and Mother's Maiden Name as Passwords. This was mentioned at the Board Meeting this month at the Solano County (California) Genealogical Society that I attended as a Board Member on 7 January 2003.
