>>this mail list doesn't indicate Taney Co. MO in the subject line<< Gina and others, The listowner has the option of including that in the subject line, and to be honest, I didn't ask when I took over what folks thought about having it there. There's only been a couple of folks who've asked, and my general answer is...I really don't have one. At the time, it wasn't unusual for me to get over 150 emails/day from various sources, and it didn't matter to me where they came from. In the interest of saving hard drive and archive space, it made sense to delete the "Taney" subject. While on the Listowners list, there were arguments for and against having the subject line included; I'm still abivalent on it. I can see where it helps to have it, but most of my busiest lists don't, for the reason cited above. How about an opinion here from those of you on the list? My mail program shows me where and who an e comes from; while I'm not particularly in favor of having "Taney" in the subject line (every time there's a post to either of my lists, I get 2 for each list, 1 at each addy, so I always know if it's Taney or WRV), I really don't care--there's other things in life to hassle over <BG>. Gina, you would obviously like to have the subject line, right? Vonda ListMom for MoTaney and MOARWRV http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~moarwrv/
