You might add a link to the Bureau of Land management patent search page under Records > Land Records. http://www.glorecords.blm.gov/ The FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page explains that the final documents found linked at the BLM site are not the end of the trail. Additionally, your ancestors Land Entry papers can be obtained from the National Archives. Land Entry files were created when a person claimed land under an act of Congress. They first had to fill out an application, and sometimes provide other information(marriage or immigration documents), at the local General Land Office. Other documents were also created under that application, like receipts for any payments, or affidavits of occupation, immigration, marriage, and homestead application. Eastern States did not keep these files. They are now the responsibility of the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, D.C. Terry Walker

    3. Hi - I like it - are you going to incorporate all the Taney Cemeteries into it? What about a place for pictures of tombstones? Or pictures of people that used to live there in Taney County? Or old homes?
