Dear Friends, Jerry Johnston's father passed away in Scottsdale, AZ, on Wed, 16 Oct 2002. He had been hospitalized for more than 2 weeks with a sudden severe lung infection. As most of you know, Jerry's mother has been fighting cancer since last winter, and an already traumatic time for his family has gotten worse.
