It's Wednesday. The good news, the family which owns the Freeland Bldg is not letting the stuff inside go to the dump. They have storage space and the muscle necessary to get it moved before Monday. So it's taken care of, which was our first concern. The not-so-bad news (and thanks for your positive thoughts on it) is that the society might be/will be able to borrow or take care of the stuff in the future (and we may even get it donated). Since we don't have a working museum, or even space to put the stuff for now, that's the best way to go. Which, of course, means I got the idea to build a museum in the next few years. One of these days, I might just go nuts! <BG> Those of you anxiously waiting on tenterhooks for the Taney Cems to go online...I've not forgotten about you. It's being worked out, but it should be ready in the near future. I've been promising, and promising, I know, and for that, I'm sorry. It takes me so long to figure out programs and stuff, and you've all heard me hollering about my puter making me look stupid...so after some file transfers and etc., it should be going much smoother, soon. Y'all have a great day! And thanks for the notes you keep sending...it's folks like yourselves that keep me going. Knowing that many of you don't live here, but would like to see your past when you visit, is the main thing that started my yelling in the first place.
