Just for your info, if you are interested in obtaining the military records of a relative, go to this website: http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/home.jsp?cid=1 Click on: Financial Applications and Forms Online Click on: ACCESS THE FORMS LIBRARY Then click on: Standard (SF) Forms Scroll down to: SF 180 - Request Pertaining to Military Records Click on that. Follow the instructions for printing it out, fill it out and mail it in. It may take up to six months to receive anything, but it can be very useful in research. If you have any questions in filling out the form, email me and I will try to help. Happy Hunting! Marsha Sears Researching SEARS, PICKERING, RODGERS, MCDOWELL, DEEDS, MCCUNE, PITTMAN, GOLLIHER, YARDLEY, NEEDHAM, PICKENPAUGH and many others.
