Hello fellow researchers, Someone is playing tricks with our genealogy emails. I have received three "strange" [to say the least] e-mails in two days. Each address was tracked down via google and was for a legitimate family researcher like you and me. Two of the e-mails were blank, and the other one claimed I had sent them a note about "a good tool" and said I was infected with a virus. Even though I have virus protection, I ran a scan and was assured that my PC was virus and worm free. I really only use my PC for genealogy research and only get mail from other researches and rootsweb lists, so I am very concerned about these hoaxes! I do not have a solution to this problem, but I thought it was best to report it and see if any of you were experiencing the same strangness.
