Then to a Walker. Leona is buried at Hannah Cemetary in Sullivan Co.,Mo. There is a story on the Pope Family in a book I have from Novinger, Adair Co.,Mo. Who are your Popes & maybe I can tell you if they are related to Bonnies husband. Leona was my Grandfathers Aunt. Bonnie was his first cousin.I am the GG Grand daughter to Elijah & Louisa (Jennings) Bailey.I also had Popes on my Grandmothers side. Her cousin married a Pope. Her name was Etha, who married a Curt Pope in Adair Co.,Mo. next to Sullivan Co.,Mo.Etha was a Wiedenkofer.
