Posted on: Sullivan County, MO Obituaries Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Mo/SullivanObits/10130 Surname: GILLISPIE, SMITH, MAUL, CAMPBELL ------------------------- From the Trenton Republican-Time 12 Oct 1932 Mrs. Mary Ellen Gillaspie, wife of the late W. H. Gillaspie, of Humphreys, died at 8:45 p.m. yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. O. Smith of Linneus, the result of chronic nephritis. She was 72 years old. Since the death of Mr. Gillaspie last December, Mrs. Gillaspie had been making her home in Humphreys, but a few weeks ago went to visit her daughter, where she took ill, although she had been in failing health for some time. The survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Tom Maul, Laredo; Mrs. Flora Campbell, state of California; Mrs. C. O. Smith, Linneus; four sons, Cleasie, Ora, Alfred and Elzie Gillaspie, all living in the state of California; also several half-brothers and one half-sister. The body was brought to the home of the deceased today by an ambulance from Galt. Funeral arrangements were not completed at noon today, although the services will perhaps be held at Humphreys tomorrow.

Do you have any more info on that family?? Thanks, Marla Kile
