HI Elba, Thank you so much. The divorce is between Thomas McGuire and Matilda Ann (Bowling) McGuire. Their youngest kid was born in June of 1898 Matilda remarried to James Noe Branham in 1900. Some genealogists have assumed Thomas died, but I have recently emailed with 3 McGuires who say that isn't true. And I believe what they have told me. Thomas left and remarried. He either took or went back for 2 of their 3 children. He lived in Oklahoma and died in a motorcycle wreck in (I believe they told me) Idaho around 1912. There is a picture of him, his 2 kids (by Matilda), his 2nd wife, Emma Erb and their 2 kids on the internet. It is dated on the back 1905. I never truely bought into the idea he had died. Never could find anything on him until now. I do appreciate your help. Now that I am on the trail of what happened, I want to go as far as I can with it.
