Well, Golly Gee Whiskers!! Since we're throwing names around, does anyone claim this James family? 119 12 James Daniel 55 Tn Farmer Sophia 44 Tn Susan 16 Mo George W 14 Mo Charlotta 12 Mo William R 7 Mo Albert 5 Ks Eveline 3 Mo They were living in Flat Creek in 1870. Would appreciate any information ...and nope...I'm not related..<G> And speaking of that, can anyone tell me why folks get in such a tizzy about sech things? I know it would be nice to find a new cousin, but I've noticed some people get just downright hostile when ya research their family an you're not related...I wonder why? All I have to say is ..."Hide your skeletons in your closet quick, coz I'm lookin' to dig up family bones." <giggle> Hey now, that's an idea!!! We should have Jo put up a little room for "skeletons in the closet"!! Yeppers, she could put a door with cross bones on it for the entry...and all of us could deposit our "Skeletons" in there. I bet every genealogist on the planet would visit that room!! <giggle> I figure that if we just looked in the closet, we could prolly solve all the mysteries of Stone county! :} Me first, you say???? Why sure!! <G> Only thing is, by the time I stick my Skeletons in there, won't be much room for anyone else's. LOL Well, now that you all chickened out...I would appreciate any help with the above James family. :} Thanks!
