I haven been on the lookout for information and photos of some of these folks for some time. Sarah HENDRIX-TAYLOR-PAGE is my gggrandmother through her daughter, Martha Jane HENDRIX. Martha married Parington Taylor,aka "Pard" in Barry County in 1873. Sarah's first three children were John, Mary and Martha (all Hendrix) and all moved to Texas about 1900 and before. I have seen and copied Sarah Page's death certificate showing date of death of Nov. 21, 1914 and name of informant as James Taylor, who must be the son of Jordan and Sarah Taylor. I have puzzled some time about the relationship between the various Taylor's living in Stone (and Barry) County after 1860's to 1900's. I believe that gggrandfather Pard is the son of William Taylor who may be the son of David Taylor, a North Carolina native. But these are just my beliefs, nothing substantiated. i do have a photo of Martha, made about 1910 in Lamar County, Texas with youngest son, James (Jimmy)Taylor. I also have a photo of her sister Mary received from on-line friends. This is all I have at this time in the way of photos at this time. Let me know if I can help. Gary W.
