    3. Debi, Yes, Robin knows a lot about most of the Stone Co. families. It is so amazing to me that we have so many surnames in common in the same counties, and can't seem to find a connection! However, here's some more for you to chew on. I have two McCulloughs that married into my families. First, is a Myrlte McCullough, born 1889 in Stone Co. who married John Riley Moore. John Riley was the son of one of my Philiberts. Second, is Frank F. McCullough, who married Sarah E. Dummit. Don't know anymore on either of these McCulloughs. We discussed the Dummit & Bolen family many times. One would think a connection would lie somewhere. We have Dummitt's in common and others, seems like everytime I post you tell me more! I love it !!! My connection is McCullough and Bolin, who seemed to married done of every one in three counties! Oh my gosh!!! Yes, the info I have gives Dilly Fate Owners . Let me read some on that tonight and mail you back tomorrow. You never cease to amaze me! You truly are a god send. The info I posted by the way is from Edna Hazel McCullough Lowry, who I never got the pleasure to meet, but her sister Georgia, now passed on, sent me about 75 old old photo's. I should send you some of the tin types I copied from my great grannies box. I have about 100 photo's I been tryin' to name. What I can tell by your posting, regards Lucy Melissa Frances Taylor, who married Dilly Fate Owens. My husband is related to the Owens family. Diily Fate's father was William King Owens. What is interesting to me, is that his sister, Anna Isabelle Owens married William Thomas Taylor. This William Thomas Taylor has no known connection to the Voluntine Taylor family. My best information has led me to believe that William Thomas Taylor was the son of Claiborn Taylor of Maury Co. TN, from which the Owens family came from also. These are all my husbands' direct ancestors. William Thomas Taylor is buried at Monett, Barry Co MO., as is Anna. William King Owens and wife, Sarah McRae Owens are buried at the Owens Cemetery in Stone Co. If I remember correctly, William King Owens was the first burial, and I believe he donated the land for the cemetery.
