Cindy, I don't know but I find this strange. Your Luvisa married a Langley and I don't find a record of him, (course only have the 1860 census to go back to.) but here is a Proctor Langley in the 1870 census that shows to be a housekeeper. Pretty darn near the same age as what your Luvisa would have been.
