I remember my mom mentioned the name of Stockstill and an older man by that name lived as a boarder for awhile with my grandparents in small town in Lewis Co WA. He was from MO. I would like to find out who he was. I'll check on his name again.This was in the 1930 census. My Melton's are from TN to Christian Co MO. My gg.grands were James Mattison Melton & Mary Jane Pendleton. Best regards.
