I was wondering about the cemetery hops....do you ever go into Greene County?

Juanita, The cemetery hops that I post are sponsored by the White River Valley Historical Society. We are concentrating on Taney county due to the fact that we have identified over 140 burial places in the county and at least 40% of them have not been read in at least 20 years. Many haven't been done in 40 years or so. The Ozarks Genealogical Society has read and compiled numerous volumes of cemetery listings in and around Greene County. On a side note the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War are currently working on a National project to document Civil War Veterans graves through out the U. S. They have concentrated on Greene, Christian and Lawrence counties, but intend to do all of Southwest Missouri.
