Jim, No, I can't say that I did but sounds very interesting. I do know that the Bowlings and the Hammonds are connected together. My two aunts maiden name was Thomas. They married Bowlings. Their brother married a Hammonds. She was like a second cousin to the Bowling brothers. All of them were from down around Wheelerville on Hwy 248 about half way between Galena and Cassville, MO.
