    2. Joy, I think I must have had my FTW program open when the surge hit. Not knowing that It had been damaged, I closed the program out, and upon closing, the back-up also got the damaged file so neither one of them are any good now. I cannot access the name file, nor any of the notes. Can't print out a darn thing. The rest of all the files seem to be just fine making me believe that I must have gotten the surge while that one program was open.
