I have been told by two different researchers that Dona MERRITT was married to my Jordan R. TAYLOR before he was married to Callie Neal in 1896 (Carroll County, AR). Does anyone out there have further information on Dona; where they might have been married, etc. (Is this name in your family??) I understand Jordan and Dona separated. Did they divorce? Where would I find that information? Jordan was born in 1865 in Stone County, MO. So I would guess that he was married to Dona sometime between 1885 and 1895. Thanks for any help you can give.
