Dear List, Is there an index included in the Stone Co. History book, Vol. 2? I see that Vol. 1 and it's index are separate. They are to be paid separately and mailed to 2 different addresses (Vol 2 goes to a 3rd address!). It doesn't say who to make the check out to for the index to Vol. 1. Is it to be made out to Fern Angus? Does anyone on this list own either book? If all my names are in one volume and not the other, then I guess I would not need both. Sincerely, Cheri Mello
