Dear Cheri and List, While I was in Stone County, I heard many stories about Uncle Ace [Asa] Jones coming and staying with my relatives in the 1930's and that he was buried in Blue Eye Cemetery. Another version is that he was buried in one of the cemeteries that was flooded and that his grave was moved. The gentleman in the Blue Eye Cemetery is buried as A. G. Jones [3/6/1858-1/7/1940] and next to him is Mary J. Jones [10/1/1850-2/7/1926]. If his father is a Hezekiah, it could be that one of his nephews was another Hezekiah [son of brother Allen]. The second Hezekiah died before 1913 and had married kids by that time so he would seem to be too young to be Asa [A.G.]'s dad. Some of the relatives he stayed with were the Claude Comptons and the Cloyd [C. H.] Hanafins. More to come. Mary Ann from Tucson
