The Stone County Historical/Genealogical Society meets on the first Sunday of the month normally, due to the Labor Day Holiday the next meeting will be Sunday the 12th. Visitors are always welcome. For a copy of Volume I of the Historical Society book, the Stone County Library in Galena has copies for sale or will be available at the next meeting.
