Pamela, My husbands great grandmother was Louise Adeline Allen. I don't have her birthday or know anything of her family. Her husband (George Washington Filbeck) was born around 1854. They lived in Green County, Mo, I believe I read at one time that Green County had been part of Stone County. Maybe someone else would know more on that, but if that is true, it could be a clue as to how you research. I just haven't gotten much into that branch of the family yet.
