I may have listed this before but I am new and don't know where to go from here. Can anyone please help!!! I am looking for info on my Great Grandfather Fred Pope. He is listed on the 1920 Stone Co. Census with his mother IDA Pope. My parents were divorced when I was little and I havn't been in contact with my father's side of the family until recently. They do not have any additonal info on the Pope line. I do know that Fred's father was not listed in 1920 Census (deceased ?) and I have been told that both Fred and his son (my Grandfather) Theron Joseph Pope died young. I was sent copies from the Stone Co. History book that have a article on the Merritt Line that refers to a Fred Pope but no other info available.
