I ordered a death certificate on my ggg unlce, JOHN WESLEY NELSON, from the dept of health, Jefferson Co, Mo. Of course I received the wrong death certificate. The death cert, I received was for a JOHN WESLEY NELSON, but this John was only two, he died JAN 29, 1943, born to a John Wesley Nelson and mothers maiden name looks to be BONNER.
