I am trying to get information on people that were buried in the Bluff Hill Cemetery in Stoddard Co. Does anyone know if there is an office for this cemetery? Is there a specific funeral home that might have handled funerals in this cemetery in 1948 and 1970. I am trying to get more information on Thomas Kidd who died 1-24-1948 and his wife Julia A Hickson Kidd who died 11-16-1970. I mailed off for a request for Thomas Kidd's death certificate to the State of MO, and they didn't have one. Thought I might try a funeral home, but don't know which ones were in existence in 1948. I would appreciate any or all the help someone can provide. Thomas and Julia were both students of the School for the Death in Stoddard Co. We are assuming they married soon after they left the school in 1889. A marriage record may provide the info on his parents or where he was born.
