Does anyone have any information on a Jasper Newton VANCAMP (possibly VAN CAMP, two words)? He had a son named Harvey VAN CAMP, born in April, 1894, in Dexter (Stoddard Co), MO. Harvey VAN CAMP's mother was Emma WALKER, born approximately 1861 in Missouri. I have not yet been able to find documentation on a marriage for Jasper Newton and Emma VAN CAMP; however, I do know that Emma was married previously to a man named Clement A. (Alonzo?) KITCHEN, in 1882. That marriage also took place in Stoddard Co. She allegedly had two sons from this previous marriage, named Clem (Clement?) KITCHEN and Curtis KITCHEN. I do not have any information on these boys. Harvey VAN CAMP married Luretta/Loretta Irene TRABAND on January 11, 1947, and the couple resided in the area of Lebanon (St. Clair Co), IL, for the remainder of their lives.
