Hi Lisa! Can you do a look up in your Cemeteries book for me? I am still trying to find a burial place for one of my GGG Uncles and his wife. Marcus Fettic died 10-9-1889 and Susan Anna (or Susanna) Hefner Fettic died 7-10-1886. This information was provided to me by one of their descendants. The problem is that I never was able to get anyone to verify the dates for me, get a location of burial, or get an obituary on them. So, I have not been able to go any further on them. They both died while their children were young. Their son, John Franklin Fettic was born in 1884 and their daughter, Lizzie Beatrice Fettic Bowers, was born just a few months in 1886 before their mom died. They lived in Stoddard County as far as I know. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Hello Serena, I have done the look up for you on the Fettic name. There is no Fettic listed in the Cemeteries of Stoddard County, Missouri 1839-1992 put out by the Stoddard County Historical Society. I even looked at names like fetter and fetters ( because that was the closes similar name). Sorry to say the names you asked about are not in the book I have. Good luck on this.
